An evil organization bent on ruling the World, they have had to change ever so slightly, now that the World includes magic, aliens, and super powers. And because the only part of their organization that came through was a single R+R base with about 20 troopers, plus the mall the base was hidden under. They are not about to abandon their ambitions however – just adopt new tactics. Their vehicles still stand ready for battle, their troops keep their weapons loaded. This world will yet feel the might of the Snakes, Centipedes, Scorpions, Hornets, and Serpents of TOXIN.
